By using https://www.swapmyparts.com or placing an order with SwapMyParts, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

We sell used engines and transmissions. Each listing shows grade, mileage, and inspection details where available. Used parts may have normal wear. We try to keep inventory accurate, but if a part sells before your order is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Prices and quotes may change until payment is completed. You agree to provide correct contact, vehicle, and payment information when ordering.

Most orders ship by pallet freight within the United States. Shipping cost and delivery times are shown at checkout or on your invoice. Inspect your shipment when it arrives and report visible damage right away.

If you submit a review or other content, it should be honest and based on your real experience. We may remove content that is false, misleading, or unrelated to a purchase.

Used automotive parts should be installed by a qualified technician. Except where covered by our powertrain warranty, SwapMyParts is not responsible for installation costs, downtime, or indirect damages.
